We have always liked Darjeeling tea and prefer loose tea with large leaves. I don’t know how we chose Margaret Hope - sad that she died. We first obtained it from Jeniers but they changed things and increased their prices so I searched Google and found Yorkshire Teacakes. Delivery efficient, taste excellent and a reasonable price. Tea with a difference!
Delightful loose leaf Darjeeling; we drink it every day. Excellent, speedy service.
I purchased this as a Christmas present for my Mom. I previously bought her a packet of the loose leaf Darjeeling which is her favourite tea.
My order was dealt with quickly & efficiently.
The giftset is delightful. Well packed & presented in a substantial giftbox, every item is quality. My Mom was very pleased.
I definitely recommend Teacakes of Yorkshire.
Very pleased with this estate grown tea, much nicer than most of the Darjeeling tea I've bought from other retailers. It's on a par with some I bought from a well known departmental store in Knightsbridge which in fairness was also excellent but more expensive.
Recommended for quality and price.
I am relatively new to special loose leaf tea, and have tried a number over the past few months.
I have to say this is by far the best and equates to what I have read about Darjeeling being "the Champagne" of tea.
It is not overpowering, and has a delightful refreshing quality, which I have not found in any other teas I have tried.
I would highly recommend this, and will be looking to buy much more, as this fully reaches all my expectations and what I am wanting in a tea.
The service I received was excellent and I would highly recommend this seller.
I look forward to many more equally satisfying orders.
